Heritage Teck Deck Fact Sheet

Manufacturing & Materials Headquartered in Macon, Mississippi, Heritage Vinyl Operation Products are manufactured and marketed by Outdoor Technologies Inc. With a workforce of more than 150, the 130,000 square-foot manufacturing facility houses the production of Teck Deck, vinyl fencing, and accessories.

Product Composition Teck Deck is co-extruded of 100 % virgin vinyl, also known as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and a custom blended formulation including UV inhibitors and impact modifiers for greater strength and color hold after extended outdoor exposure.

Highly rated non-skid surface is cool to the touch, even on the hottest days. It exceeds A.S.T.M. specs for skid resistance.

Manufacturing Process/Patented Design/Report Number State-of-the-art co-extrusion process allows Heritage to maintain exact tolerances. Exact-sized dies produce Teck Deck's uniform, two-piece BOCA-ES Research design and accessories including end caps and joist covers. A patented system that is an industry revolution the two-piece design consists of a top and bottom piece that snaps together to create a single unit. The top piece is a continual roll which eliminates all unsightly seams and joints. Teck Deck is the only PVC decking product in the United States to receive a BOCA-ES Research Report Number.
